Is there a minimum order? top
Yes, we ask that you order a minimum of 20 photo paper cards. We put a lot of time into our designs and anything less then the minimum would be asking us to provide our services for free. We do not process orders less than the minimum. If you order matching thank you cards we are not able to split into 10 invites and 10 thank you cards to meet the minimum requirement. Each design requires a minimum of 20 cards. Our card stock cards have different minimum requirements based on print size (the minimums can be found on the drop down menu for each design).
What type of paper are the cards printed on? top
Your cards are printed on high-quality Fugi Crystal professional photo paper in a matte finish. Cardstock is available and can be found on the drop down menu for each design.
How long will it take to receive my proof? top
Although we try to get your proof to you within 24 hours, we do ask that you give us up to 48 hours in the event that we are busy. Most of the time, you will receive your proof within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow 1 business day for any changes after the proof is initially emailed. Often, simple changes such as to text or fonts will be made within hours. If you are requesting major design changes that include different color schemes or design elements, proof updates will often take 2-3 business days. If you decide to cancel your order after your proof has been completed but prior to printing, you will be refunded all but $20 to cover our designer's time.
Can I see my design before I pay? top
Due to the time we spending working on proofs, we do not offer this service. You will receive unlimited* text revisions to your single design and your card will not be printed until you approve it.
*Please note that you will receive unlimited TEXT revisions, however, only 1 revision free of charge for photos, fonts, or color changes. Any additional revisions to photos, font choices, background colors or font colors will incur a charge for our time to adjust, crop, and reformat photos as well as make the necessary color changes. There will be a $2.50 charge per photo change after the first free photo revision. There will be a $2.50 charge per font or color change after the first free revision.
How long will it take to receive my invitations in the mail? top
The entire process depends upon how many changes we need to make to your proofs. Our goal is to have your proof finalized within 48 hours, and sent to our printer within 48 hours. Shipping for photo paper cards generally takes approx 3 business days via USPS Priority Mail. If this is the case, you will receive your order within 5-7 business days after final proof approval. Shipping for cardstock cards generally takes 7 business days. If this is the case, you will receive your order within 7-10 business days after final proof approval.
We encourage you to place your order well in advance of the event. Keep in mind, we do not have ultimate control over our shipping vendors and delivery times are NOT guaranteed. We do not provide refunds for late packages. Please order in plenty of time prior to your event.
Delivery Confirmation is used on ALL packages to ensure delivery. While some websites ship using the cheapest methods, we ensure that you have a safe and fast delivery. We believe and we hope that you find this extra care and service to be of value! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND paying for insurance, as we are not responsible for lost packages! If your package is lost, we will work with you to provide any information to help recover your shipment BUT we are not responsible for lost packages once they leave our control.
Shipping to Canada can take longer than the quoted 6-10 business days from the USPS website due to customs processing. Please plan for 10-15 business days until you receive your package. If you have not received your package after this time, please contact us.
What if I need my invitations ASAP? top
If you are unable to wait 48 hours for your proof and 5-7 business days for your printed invitations to arrive, we recommend you add the RUSH FEE and OVERNIGHT OR EXPRESS SHIPMENT. Our Rush fee is $10.00 and the Over Night Express Shipping fee varies based on quantity. Add to your cart at checkout for a quoted price.
How much does the JPEG option cost? top

How do I print my invitations from the JPEG file? top

The JPEG file is the same format as if you were to take a photo using your camera. You simply need to upload it to a photo lab, or save it to a disk to take to the lab to print. You can also print the file at home using your own printer the same way you would print any other document. You may also email this high resolution JPG file to your guests.
If I order the JPEG file, where do I find envelopes? top
Envelopes are not included with our JPEG option. If you would like to purchase white envelopes from us, the cost is $0.15 cents per envelope plus the cost of shipping. Depending on the size, you can find envelopes to suit our 4x6 and 5x7 inch prints at Staples, Office Depot, Office Max, craft stores such as Michaels, or even through an online supplier.
Sizes are as follows:
Envelope A6 is for 4x6 cards
Envelope A7 is for 5x7 cards
We do not offer colored envelopes at this time.
I need a print size other than those you offer. Can you still design my print? top
Most of the time, YES! Please contact us with the details of your custom design, we will advise if possible as well as any price adjustments for your custom design.
Can I change a baby announcement card to a birthday card? top
Yes! All the cards are interchangeable! If you like a wedding card but would like to turn it into a Birthday Card, then we can do that! Check out with the design that you like and we will make it your unique card!
I don’t see the design I had in mind. Can you create a custom design? top
No problem! We can alter or combine any of our designs, OR create a custom design for you. In the case of a custom design, we do ask that you allow up to 72 hours for your proof. Additional fees may apply.
I need an invitation for an event. Is that something you can design? top
Yes! We can make advertisements, invitations, announcements, keepsakes, posters and just about anything. Let us know what you had in mind and we would be happy to work on a design for you. Additional fees may apply.
Can I see my photos on more than one design? top
We put a lot of time into our designs and we ask that you choose only one design for your proof due to the time it takes to create your print. If you would like to see more than one design, we would be happy to do so for an additional fee of $7.50 per design. This fee will be paid via invoice prior to the proof being completed. You may also select "Additional Design" on our Other Services page.
Can I get my order in another language besides English? top
Yes, however you must provide us with all the text in the language of your choice. As we are unable to proof the text, we can not be held responsible for any errors.
Can I get glossy finish instead of matte? top
Yes you can! At no extra charge! Glossy option takes 2-3 days longer print time than matte.
Are envelopes included with my order? top
Yes, white invitation envelopes are included at no additional cost. We do not provide return address printing at this time.
Do any of the cards require extra postage? top
4x6, 5x7 and 6x8 cards do NOT require extra postage.
What resolution should my digital photo be? top
We recommend no smaller than 1200x1800. If the photo is scanned, you need to be sure that it is scanned at a minimum of 300dpi with 600dpi being preferred. We request that you send the original, full-size and unaltered version of your photograph. This means that the photo should be exactly as it was downloaded from your camera. It should be at least size 1200x1800 and/or greater than 150kb.
We can not guarantee the quality of any photo that is smaller in size. The quality of that size or less is not suitable for print. We cannot guarantee the print quality of any photo that has been altered or adjusted in size. If there is any question as to whether your chosen photograph(s) will work, we will evaluate it for you at no charge prior to working on your print.
Should I edit my photos before sending them to you? top
There is no need for you to edit your photos. We will crop and edit them for you. We can convert them to black and white or sepia, remove red eye, and fix minor blemishes. Please send us the original, unedited version to maintain the highest possible quality.
Can I send professional photos for my card? top
Yes, but only if you have a copyright release from the photographer or studio. Because of copyright laws, we can not use a professional photograph without their written release. To avoid delays, we suggest requesting the copyright release from your photographer before placing your order.
By submitting your photos to us, you agree that you hold the copyright or have obtained permission from your photographer to use the photos for the purpose of creating a photo card. You agree that you accept full responsibility for the use of the photos you submit.
Will the colors I see in my proof be exactly the same on the actual card? top
While we make every effort to represent colors as accurately as possible, they may not look the same on every computer monitor. It is possible that the colors on your card may not be exactly the same as what you see on your computer monitor. Monitor settings can vary tremendously in terms of brightness, contrast and even colors. For this reason, it is impossible to say that your cards will match exactly what you see on screen. However, please know that the colors in each design were put together by our designer who has an expert knowledge of color theory. We are sure that you will enjoy the colors in your printed card.
What is your cancellation and refund policy? top
This depends on where in our process your order is. If we have not started on the proof, you may cancel and get a full refund. If you have already received your proof, there is a $20 cancellation fee to cover the time that was put into your design. If the cards have already been sent to the printer, we are unable to cancel your order.
We only issue refunds under two conditions. First, there must be an error on our part that occurred after the proofing process. Second, the cards must be returned to us prior to the refund being submitted. If a refund is requested after a proof has been completed but before printing, a refund will be issued minus a $20.00 design fee.
What if there is a mistake on my cards? What is your return policy? top
While we make every effort to ensure that your card is perfect, mistakes can happen. For this reason, it is very important for you to double and triple check your proof. We have no limit on the number of proof revisions we will provide for free (we're not perfect and we need your set of eyes!) Once you approve your proof, any mistakes that you missed are your responsibility. We will be happy to correct and reprint the cards for the original price less a 25% discount. However, if the mistake is ours (i.e. your cards are different than the proof you approved), then we will reprint and ship your cards at no cost to you.
Please understand that we cannot account for differences in color between our monitor and yours. A difference in color/shade between your online proof and the printed card does not constitute an error on our part. Also, the quality and color of the photos is only as good as what we have to work with. Poor photo quality also does not constitute an error on our part. Please read our photo requirements for further information.
Can I reorder more cards later? top
Absolutely! We keep your design on file for 3 months so you can reorder hassle free.
Do you ship outside of the United States? top
Yes we do. At this time we only ship to US and Canada. Additional shipping charges do apply. Please order your cards a minimum of 4 weeks before you need to send them out to your family and friends. We do not have ultimate control over potential delays in shipping, particularly with customs.
What methods of payment do you accept? top
We accept credit and debit cards through PayPal and Google Checkout only. A PayPal account is not required to make payment through PayPal. Paypal is safe and secure. Please note, making a payment though Paypal by e-check may delay shipment of your order. We strongly suggest an instant payment via debit or credit card. We must wait for an e-check to clear before shipping your invitations. At times this can delay the shipment process between 3-5 days.
